Fullscript is currently looking for an experienced senior web developer who wants to build websites that deliver rich stable and compelling experiences for our users. This role focuses on developing and maintaining our education platform ensuring high performance scalability and seamless integrations with internal and third-party services.
Our team works with NextJS and PayloadCMS to create dynamic and engaging user experiences. We value clean maintainable code best practices and a strong developer experience. Collaboration is key and youll work closely with marketing product and design teams to bring ideas to life efficiently.

On this team youll work on our education platform developing features requested by stakeholders and creating tools that empower them to manage the site independently.
What youll do:
- Collaborate with marketing product teams and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life quickly and effectively.
- Take ownership and responsibility for building shipping testing deploying and maintaining our web properties.
- Implement new features and functionality using NextJS and React where needed.
- Scope plan projects and work with other developers to implement them
- Write clear documentation and present technical updates to the team.
- Contribute to our internal developer experience (tooling workflows etc.).
- Occasionally participate in peer programming mentoring and code reviews.
- Other duties determined by the company from time to time
What You Bring:
- You are a passionate web developer who cares about your craft. You are excited to learn and lead projects and want to produce the best work possible
- Experienced web development with a strong background in front end technologies
- Experience working with Javascript or JS frameworks (React Vue AngularJS Next or similar)
- Familiar with implementing server-side logic in (API routes middleware data fetching routing) backed by database queries or external services.
- Familiar with building custom themes/plugins in WordPress Shopify or similar integrating third-party Apps and APIs.
- Knowledge of Git workflows CI/CD pipelines and general development best practices.
- Able to clearly explain technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience presenting your work in a team setting.
- Interested in peer programming mentoring less-experienced developers and building a positive collaborative environment.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience scaling or working on e-commerce blogs or marketing website
- Past experience working in marketing e-commerce or the health-tech sector

$120000 - $130000 a year
Fullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions. The range shown reflects base salary only and does not include stock options wellness stipends or other benefits that are part of Fullscripts total rewards package.
