The Enterprise Solutions business within S&P Global Market intelligence provides buy-side sell-side and corporate clients with industry-leading softwaredataand services. The business portfolio offers a broad range of product offerings covering enterprise data management investment managementloansplatforms regulatory and compliance solutions and privatemarketssolutions.

Impact & Responsibilities:
OurPrivate Marketsbusiness portfoliocomprisesproducts that support the entire private markets investment lifecycle across asset classes including Private Equity Venture Capital Real Estate Infrastructure and Private Credit.

S&Ps flagship iLEVEL product line seeks aprincipalproduct manager to driveproductgrowth within the private markets franchiseby owning and leading the 0 to 1 launch of anewproduct line focused on transforming the privateassetvaluationsprocessthrough AI enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning theProduct Vision& Strategy: Definethelong-termvision foranew offering alongside the growth strategy for the product by combining a deep understanding of thevaluationspersona base the latest advances in AI / ML / LLM technologies and knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem to definedesign and launcha newcommercially viableproduct.

  • Own the Product Development Lifecycle:Responsible for overseeing the flow of allproduct initiativesthrough the product development lifecycle managing cross-functionalteamsand ensuringproduct opportunities are vetted defined designed and delivered.

  • Industry &UserEngagement: Independentlyestablishandgrow relationships with your products target persona base and create user forums working groups and Alpha / Beta testing programs to gather feedback and iterate on new industry conferences to help promote and market newproduct.

  • Stakeholder Management:Set the barfor allstrategic internal and external conversations about the new product andmaintainstrong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients partners and senior leadership.

  • Product Roadmap Development: Create and execute comprehensive product roadmaps securing executive buy-inacross key internal partners and our client communityonthe direction of the product.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research toidentifycustomer needs industry trends and competitive opportunities.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $119000 to $174000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.

In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for additional compensation such as annual incentive bonus plan.

  • 8 years ofexperience in B2B FinTech product management with a deep understanding of the private capital market landscapevaluationsworkflows and private credit asset class.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and product management toolssuch as Aha andPendo.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functionalproductteams to achieve product goals.

  • Bachelors degreerequired;advanced degree in business finance ora relatedfield or CAIA preferred.
