Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects within our insurance organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning executing and delivering projects on time within scope and within budget while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan manage and oversee insurance-related projects from initiation to completion
Define project scope goals deliverables timelines and budgets
Coordinate with internal teams including underwriting claims compliance IT sales and customer service
Ensure projects comply with insurance regulations company policies and industry standards
Track project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Manage project documentation reporting and status updates for stakeholders
Lead meetings communicate project expectations and resolve issues or conflicts
Monitor resource allocation and ensure efficient use of personnel and tools
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Ensure successful project handoff and post-implementation review

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or Hybrid)
Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project Jira Asana Trello or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
