Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of maintenance servicing and renovation activities while fostering a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Operations Managers Industrial Teams APSYS teams) lead and prioritize workloads and much more.
Youll specifically take care of team deployment and compliance with safety and quality standards but also support continuous improvement initiatives and team development.

Leading and facilitating effective team working among team members for maintenance servicing and renovation activities
Delivering shift briefings (Start of Shift and End of Shift)
Ensuring compliance with EHS policies and procedures
Providing real-time updates to the Operations Manager on progress deviations and adverse events
Ensuring documentation and procedures meet required standards
Supporting team development through skills matrix reviews and training identification
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation
Maintaining 5S and supporting Special Process compliance

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BE or )
7-10 years of experience in rolling stock maintenance or related operations
In-depth understanding of rail depot and rail industry operations
Proven experience in fleet maintenance or renovation activities
Knowledge of Network Rail Rules and Regulations
Proficiency in SAP - GSI and MS Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement
