Job Summary
Minimum 6 years of experience in an SAP environment with at least 3 4 years in a consulting environment. Hands-on involvement in 2 3 full end-to-end SAP FICO implementation cycles in a consulting setup. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders and MNC clients confidently. Experience in system testing data migration and drafting Functional Specifications for RICEFW objects. Willingness to learn and deliver additional SAP modules as needed. Proven expertise in SAP FICO configuration and integration. Experience integrating SAP FICO with other modules such as SAP MM and/or SD is preferred. Consulting background with exposure to various client environments. Key Responsibilities Participate in the full project lifecycle including design data analysis functional specifications configuration testing and post go-live support. Assess business requirements recommend appropriate solutions and resolve open design issues within project scope. Identify analyze and solve complex business problems requiring in-depth evaluation of diverse factors. Perform configuration of SAP FICO modules and document configuration rationale clearly. Develop detailed Functional Specifications for reports interfaces enhancements and forms to support SAP processes. Develop and update Master Data Standards ensuring alignment with SAP module processes. Engage in all phases of the SDLC including gathering and analyzing user requirements project design and implementation. Apply strong SAP FICO configuration knowledge to support project delivery. Participate in project implementation methodologies and adhere to ITIL processes.
