Job Summary

REQUIREMENTS:

Should have experience leading the end-to-end architectural design development and implementation of complex SAP CPQ solutions
Must ensure alignment with business objectives and enterprise architectural standards.
Should be able to drive the integration of SAP CPQ with critical enterprise systems such as SAP ERP and Salesforce CRM.
Should be able to translate complex business requirements into robust scalable and high-performance technical solutions.
Should be able to provide expert technical advisory and pre-sales support including solutioning and architectural blueprints.
Should be able to establish and enforce development processes coding standards and best practices for SAP CPQ implementations
Should be able to provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to development teams.
Should be able to proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges related to CPQ implementations.
Should be able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders including business users and IT teams.
Should be able to work effectively within a scaled agile environment participating in iterative development cycles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements and being able to define technologies patterns and frameworks to realize it.
Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
Enabling application development by coordinating requirements schedules and activities.
Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
Creating understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task and being able to justify it.
Addressing issues promptly responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
