About the Opportunity

A talent-acquisition firm operating in the IT staffing and recruitment sector serving startups and mid-market technology teams across India. We hire remotely and focus on building pipelines of high-quality engineering and product talent for fast-growing technology organisations.

We are hiring a Junior Technical Recruiter with 3months- 10months of experience to join a remote-first team focused on IT hiring across engineering product and QA functions. This is an opportunity to develop full-cycle recruiting skills strengthen sourcing expertise and advance into a technical recruiting career.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Source and engage passive and active IT candidates using LinkedIn job portals and developer platforms to build a qualified talent pipeline.
  • Screen technical resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess fit for role requirements and culture.
  • Manage candidate lifecycle in the ATStrack applications schedule interviews collect feedback and maintain accurate records.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns (messages email cadences) and maintain regular follow-up to convert prospects into candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to align on job requirements prepare interview packs and ensure smooth interview logistics.
  • Support offer process and onboarding handover including reference checks and candidate communications.
