Role: CRM Intern
Key Responsibilities:
Support the CRM team in managing customer interactions and engagement.
Assist in marketing activities outreach campaigns and brand advertising.
Contribute to financial literacy programs workshop coordination and community engagement.
Conduct market surveillance competitor research and industry analysis.
Help create and manage content for brand communication across various channels.
Maintain and update customer databases track leads and support CRM operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide administrative support to the team wherever required.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Interest in marketing branding customer engagement or financial services.
Basic understanding of digital marketing & social media platforms (preferred).
Analytical mind-set with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a purpose-oriented organisation.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree (any stream).
Freshers with a passion for marketing and financial empowerment are encouraged to apply.
