Learn more about us: Responsibilities:

1. Manage the corporate travel portal and assist in booking flights hotels trains and cabs as per company policy.

2. Prepare weekly travel expense reports and maintain cost records for internal review.

3. Handle employee communication including emails messages and calls related to travel bookings and itinerary changes.

4. Maintain daily travel data update logs and ensure accuracy of all travel-related information.

5. Coordinate with travel vendors for availability pricing and booking confirmations.

6. Assist in processing travel approvals and ensure all requests comply with company policies.

7. Support in managing last-minute travel requests and resolving travel-related issues efficiently.

8. Maintain documentation such as invoices booking receipts and approval records.

9. Prepare MIS reports dashboards and summaries for management review.

10. Work closely with the admin team to support operational tasks related to travel and logistics.

Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed bachelors degree.

- Strong communication skills (email phone and chat).

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and reporting tools.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work with data.

- Willingness to learn travel processes and corporate travel systems.
