Key Responsibilities
SOP Creation & Documentation
Work closely with various teams to understand internal processes.
Draft clear structured and easy-to-follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Update and refine existing SOPs based on feedback and process changes.
Process Mapping & Analysis
Observe and map end-to-end workflows for different functions.
Identify inefficiencies or gaps in existing processes and suggest improvements.
Create flowcharts checklists and process templates as needed.
Operational Support
Assist in day-to-day operational tasks and coordination across departments.
Support internal audits or compliance-related documentation.
Maintain organised records of SOPs version histories and process documents.
Research & Benchmarking
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Basic understanding of process flows and operational frameworks.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides).
Detail-oriented organised and able to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
