Job Summary

• Solid understanding and working knowledge of EDI formats and functions

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with tier-1 ERP system like SAP Netsuite or Oracle

• Strong Order-to-Cash or Transportation/Warehouse Operations process knowledge

• Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks to completion

• Basic knowledge of customer operations and customer requirements

• Creative problem-solving required to meet customers’ needs
