Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and support sales efforts.
Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to prepare reports and presentations.
Maintain effective communication with clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when necessary.
Collaborate with team members to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Uphold professional phone etiquette during all customer interactions.

Requirements

United States Citizens or Resident
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
Previous experience in sales or customer support roles is highly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using various computer applications.
Experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Ability to analyze information effectively and provide actionable insights.
Demonstrated cash handling experience is beneficial.
