We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic this role you will be the backbone of our sales operations providing essential support to our sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will engage with customers assist in data management and contribute to the overall success of our sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and support sales efforts.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to prepare reports and presentations.
- Maintain effective communication with clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette during all customer interactions.
Requirements
- United States Citizens or Resident
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or customer support roles is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using various computer applications.
- Experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Ability to analyze information effectively and provide actionable insights.
- Demonstrated cash handling experience is beneficial.
