Job Summary

As a LATAM Customer Success Intern at HubSpot youll gain hands-on experience supporting our customer journey within the Customer Success function. This internship offers the opportunity to develop critical skills collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to meaningful projects that help customers grow and improve internal processes across the region.

During this internship cycle interns will gain exposure experience and potential full-time conversion paths to Customer Success Management Contract Management or Customer Support.

What Youll Do

  • Support internal tasks and cross-functional projects for Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
  • Assist with customer-facing documentation including business reviews internal playbooks and enablement materials.
  • Partner with internal teams to drive product adoption and enhance the customer experience.

What Were Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across different teams.
  • Highly organized detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Curious and coachable with a growth mindset and willingness to take initiative.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and using tools such as Excel or CRM systems.
  • Proactive adaptable and eager to contribute to a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • A passion for helping customers and driving process improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Resume/CV must be submitted in English.
    Must be based in Bogotá Colombia or able to work remotely from within Colombia.
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for 6 to 12 months.



Nice to Haves

  • Intermediate Portuguese fluency.
  • International consulting or SaaS experience.
    Degree background in International Business Corporate Communications Economics Business Administration Industrial Engineering Law or related fields.
