Job Summary

We are looking for a high-signal low-friction Sales Specialist to manage the human touchpoints for two distinct brands: ReactSquad and SocialKit. We are 100% inbound-driven; you wont be grinding through cold call lists. Instead you will be the face of the brands in communities on LinkedIn and during high-intent discovery calls.

This is a trust-based soft-sales role. You are here to help people solve problems not to close them at any cost.

Tasks

What Youll Do

  • ReactSquad (Inbound Discovery): Handle matching calls for startups looking for React developers. Youll listen to their technical needs verify the fit and introduce them to our vetted talent pool.
  • SocialKit (Product-Led Sales): Act as a Sales Assist for users already in the product. Youll reach out to high-usage users to help them unlock more value and guide them toward the right paid plan.
  • Social & Community Presence: Be active where our customers are. This means posting on LinkedIn (supported by content marketer) connecting with interesting people in the React/SaaS space and being a helpful member of niche communities.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in sales or customer success.
  • Near-Native English: You can navigate complex technical conversations (React SaaS Engineering) without any language barrier.
  • The Anti-Sales Salesperson: You hate aggressive tactics. You prefer listening taking notes and offering honest adviceeven if that advice is we arent the right fit.
  • Process-Driven: Since you dont have commissions to chase you must be someone who takes pride in a perfectly organized CRM and a 100% response rate to inbounds.
