Job Summary
The Opportunity
Our Projects Energy & Infrastructure (PEI) team is growing and we welcome expressions of interest from ambitious lawyers in the corporate energy space in Brisbane.
Recognised as a market leader across Australia our PEI practice specialises in projects corporate energy infrastructure and environment and planning working on some of the most exciting and complex matters in the industry across multiple sectors.
What youll do
You will work closely with Brisbane based Partner Anne Beresford and advise on projects and transactions across the energy sector including oil and gas LNG new energy and carbon management.
This is an opportunity to be part of a top-ranked team work alongside renowned legal experts and contribute to a high-growth high-impact practice. We are looking for people with a commitment to excellence who will contribute energetically to the growth of our energy and infrastructure practice.
What youll bring
- 5 years experience as a lawyer with demonstrable exposure to corporate energy transactions within a private practice or in-house environment.
- Strong academic results and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive client-focused approach and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- An interest in contributing to and driving business development activities.
- An innovative mindset with a curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
