Within the Health & Functional Business Unit (HFBU) you will manage the marketing of our unique natural portfolio of fruit and vegetable ingredients wellness botanicals natural preservatives natural texturized and emulsifiers and clinically proven branded ingredients to the Food & Beverage and Nutraceutical market.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Health & Functional BU. You will work with our APAC Commercial Team Marketeers in other Regions Global Product Managers Regional Flavor Creation& Application Communication and Creative Studio.
marketing strategy and execute the Health & Functional marketing plan in APAC (40%)
Develop an executable Health & Functional marketing strategy and plan in APAC in coordination with HFBU Marketeers and the APAC commercial team. Provide strategic insights by analyzing market trends consumer need states competitive landscapes whitespace opportunities and emerging trends in APAC. Develop engaging content for external campaigns aligned with brand values Communication. Lead the organization of regional tradeshows & events with Communication Team. Drive commercialization of innovations from the R&D roadmap with Global Product Managers.
Selected Accounts (50%)
Empower our commercial team with training and marketing material to win with our customers. Tailored marketing materials and strategies for high-profile accounts. Create compelling validated value propositions for our offering to meet customers needs.
Initiatives & Marketing Tools (10%)
Lead/support strategic marketing initiatives including digital transformation as an initiator or key user. Foster a cutting-edge marketing organization by enhancing collaboration providing thought leadership and contributing to digital tool development.
