We seek a Human Resources Business Partnerto work closely with the HR Director and broader HR team to provide high quality day to day business and strategic support and guidance to the firm by implementing people strategies and practices which support the firms business objectivesand continually improve the value of HRs contribution to the business. This role is available on a 12-month maximum term contract basis to commence in February 2026.

There will be opportunities to be involved in strategic projects in areas of HR as well as provide direct support to our Leaders and Partners in various business units across Australia.

Your roles key responsibilities will include:

• Build trusted business partnerships and relationships at a senior level across the business units nationally.
• Be the HR Business Partner for a varied portfolio of business units.
• Manage the firms employee lifecycle in tandem with the broader HR team.
• Manage the firms performance appraisal and remuneration processes.
• Provide succinct commercial employee relations advice to the business and actively manage risk.
• Support and coach people leaders in the management of people and performance issues.
• Support the development and implementation of change management strategies to improve business performance.
• Work directly with the HR Director in the development and delivery of HR projects initiatives and strategies.
• Develop the skills of other HR team members through coaching.
• Work with Learning and Development to help drive learning and development initiatives.
• Ensure the firms HR related policies and procedures remain up to date with legislation and best practice.
• Delivery and facilitate firm wide training and development sessions as required.
• Manage the firms succession planning process.
• Support WHS and employee wellbeing initiatives.

You will have strong experience at a HR business partner or senior advisor level (gained within legal or professional services is desired but not essential) together with sound judgment in people management issues and confident decision-making ability.
