Your opportunity

Reporting to and working under the guidance of the Business Development Group Lead you will help turn that belief into funded tangible outcomes.
You will find opportunities across social affordable and supportive housing make sense of government procurement pathways and allocations and write clear compliant tenders and grants. You will translate housing operating details rent setting and Commonwealth Rent Assistance (CRA) headleases and property management vacancy (void) and arrears assumptions and planned maintenance/lifecycle costs into proposals that are practical viable and easy to understand.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate inputs timelines and approvals.
If youre a strong writer with practical housing industry knowledge an analytical mind and a heart for social impact wed love you to help us secure opportunities that create stable homes and stronger communities.
