About the role
We are currently looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Finance Manager to support the development of the Supply Chain & Operations performance management process. This will include the definition of critical KPIs ensuring consistent calculation across more than 200 sites and rolling out the reporting methodology.
The role will be critical in ensuring robust data governance as the new KPIs and management process are rolled out working closely with the Sub-regions to ensure data is collected in a trusted and efficient way across sites.
The role will be key in providing insightful business analysis to identify productivity efficiency and cost-saving opportunities across the Supply Chain and Operations network.
This position requires strong analytical acumen stakeholder management and the ability to work effectively across a global matrixed environment. The current data environment is not consistent and significant work is needed to reach the required level of maturity; as such the successful candidate will be an independent self-starter with high level of critical thinking and excellent interpersonal skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain a robust and efficient data environment to support business decision-making
Support the definition and standardisation of critical KPIs across Sub-regions ensuring data consistency and integrity across key metrics and reporting frameworks
Develop and manage structured data warehouses that enable accurate and timely reporting; bring new data requirements and data-related initiatives from the Sub- Regions and articulate benefit cases
Act as a conduit between Sub-regions operations finance teams and divisional stakeholders to ensure alignment
Provide financial insights and tracking to various Supply chain initiatives including network optimisation paper demand logistics operations SC planning and scheduling
Support the identification of productivity efficiency and cost-saving opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain
Ensure all footprint and optimisation benefits are consistently tracked and reported at both local and divisional levels
Lead the development of business cases for major operations programmes and capacity expansion initiatives
Partner with operational leaders to analyse productivity setup times and waste identifying opportunities for performance improvement
Work closely with the broader Supply Chain and Operations teams to deliver integrated business support
Engage senior stakeholders across functions and geographies to drive adoption of financial insights and ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
About You
Degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Supply Chain or an equivalent combination of education and Operations/ Commercial experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insights
Advanced financial modelling and business case development skills
Proficiency with business intelligence systems (e.g. Power BI)
Demonstrable leadership experience within finance with proven success supporting supply chain and operations finance functions within a complex matrixed environment
Strong track record in financial analysis KPI development and business performance management
Experience developing and implementing financial frameworks to support strategic and operational decision-making
Relationship builder who can develop partnerships and credibility with internal stakeholders at all levels; has strong presence and impact as well as excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Assertive analytical and results oriented
Fluent in English written and spoken.
