YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You serve as the initial point of contact for Workday-related inquiries from employees and HR teams across the organization
You troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues while escalating complex cases to Level 2 support when necessary
You guide employees and managers through Workday processes including time tracking time off requests and personal data changes
You monitor and manage support tickets in the HR Help system ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation
You maintain and update user guides FAQs and process documentation for HRIS-related tasks
You assist in testing new Workday features configurations and updates during release cycles
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You have worked with HR systems Workday or similar technology support roles
Technical skills You have strong troubleshooting abilities with expertise in HR systems and ticket management platforms
Communication You can explain technical steps clearly to people at all organizational levels
Documentation You pay careful attention to detail when creating guides and keeping information accurate
Languages You are fluent in English (mandatory) both written and spoken with additional language skills being a plus
