- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries across multiple channels
- Troubleshoot and provide accurate user-focused solutions
- Educate customers on how to maximize their mobility service experience
- Identify trends and share user insights to drive service improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product usability and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Native-level or fluent Greek (C1)
- Good command of English (B2)
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver practical solutions
