Assume and live the Red Bull On Premise culture. Build team engagement and support the development of the On Premise Marketing function for each market for greater success.
Use and understand the of Art of Musketeering spirit at the base of all action.
Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product in front of the team and the On Premise Network.
Monitor image standards regarding the brand premium values of Red Bull. Provide feedback and spend time in trade developing the wider teams knowledge and understanding of executional standards.
Management & Leadership of On Premise Marketing
Responsible for adapting and executing the international marketing guidelines according to the individual markets with no local On Premise Marketing resource.
Driving share of mind with industry stakeholders including front-of-house staff decision makers owners and influencers. Responsible for the creation coordination and approval of tailor-made installations.
Support of the Musketeers and Key Account managers to implement tools and concepts.
Peer to national Red Bull Marketing Team (cross departmental collaboration).
Translation of national research results initiatives and insight generation into new actions activities programs strategies which can be implemented in On Premise focus areas.
Responsible for allocation of POS tools and monitoring their correct placement in all markets without a local On Premise Marketing resource.
Business Partner
Business Partner to the Regional On Premise Manager SEA and National On Premise Key Account and Distribution Managers in the countries.
Through execution of industry marketing (B2B) and trade marketing (B2C) in coordination with the relevant stakeholders in SEA. successfully develop multinational chained and defined key accounts in the region.
Develop winning localised sell-in presentations and support in negotiation and win new business opportunities.
Contribute to building and executing the yearly account joint business plans with key customers incl. consumer and industry initiatives.
Management & Execution of Music Festivals & 3rd Party Events within SEA
Responsible for national event & festival strategy in SEA markets without a local On Premise Event Management resource.
Own and develop partnerships with key suppliers (For example event logistic suppliers production agencies and bar services)
Joint responsibility together with the field teams for executing marketing activities and POS activations in keeping with the international strategy at Red Bull events festivals and 3rd party events.
Full ownership of assigned major music festivals in SEA incl. Consumer Trade and Industry Marketing aspects.
Support SEA On Premise teams and leadership transversally
Responsible for the execution of training sessions to ensure Red Bull standards.
Support the build of overall Art of Musketeering (AOM) capability in the region (across various role types incl. On Premise Marketing Field Key Account Management).
Mission based support to On Premise teams in markets (distributor management festivals trade marketing).
Provide support in onboarding new On Premise resources in the region to ensure rapid integration understanding of Red Bull ways and as a result impact.
Provide strategic guidance to On Premise teams when needed supporting the cascading of global strategies to local markets.
Cooperation with our Distribution Partners
Build strong partnerships and relationships with relevant stakeholders within our Distribution Partner businesses.
Collaborate with the NOPM/ROPM SEA to conduct joint business planning with frequent and effective communication to deliver those plans.
Deliver On Premise Marketing training to distribution partner sales representatives and equip them with the right POSM.
Qualifications :
4 years of experience in Trade Marketing Field Sales or Brand Marketing with a proven track record working with brands across different internal departments
Knowledge of the On Premise industry and trade are required
Ability to analyse complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines
Solid understanding of sales processes & high-level negotiation with Key Accounts
Strategic ability: Can develop specific valuable innovative strategies and concepts while not losing sight of the commercial big picture
Demonstrate exceptional planning project management and presentation skills
Passion for establishing new business partnerships
Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur.
Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms whilst understanding cultural differences
Strong analytical communication & teamwork skills
A self-motivated innovative solution-oriented mindset. You will be self-directed and have a do-it-now attitude able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
