About the Role
As a Senior Manager/Manager Finance you will act as primary business partner between Finance and Commercial & Operations Team leaders at headquarters to provide financial insight and support on the day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with respective commercial leaders on an aligned approach for the company to drive top line growth sales channel and segment profitability.
- Provide financial management and operational support to the Commercial & Operations teams.
- Prepare financial review of contract commercial terms and purchase requests.
- Develop and improve systems that support financial planning processes ensure planning process is coordinated across HQ.
- Ensure the financials targets and commercial team plan are aligned.
- Responsible for delivery and enhancement management reporting including timeliness and consistency. Ensure information is communicated in a way that is easily understood by non-finance background stakeholders.
- Drive and promote changes to enhance operational efficiency and data availability.
- Continue to improve systems and processes.
About You
- Minimum of University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related discipline
- CPA or equivalent qualification is required
- 5 years of experience in finance
- Experience and/or accounting knowledge in loyalty program
- Excellent communication organization and analytical skills
- Strong influencer and executor with proven track record
- Possess enterprising thinking mindset and can handle multiple priorities
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Business conversational level Mandarin & Cantonese
- Competent in MS Office applications e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
