What you will do
Assist the Senior Manager SFE DACH across all operational and analytical tasks.
Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and performance gaps.
Produce regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs sales targets and productivity metrics.
Support all matters related to the sales territory structure.
Provide statistical insights for SFE KPIs and Direct Sales.
Contribute to the development and delivery of sales training programs materials and resources.
Work with tools such as XPM OCE and Ysura Sample Management.
Act as the substitute for the Junior Manager CRM when required.
Administer sales incentive letters.
Collaborate with the Senior Manager SFE on IQVIA sales data PowerBI Dataview segmentation and targeting.
Participate in national sales meetings (with occasional travel) and project groups (primarily online).
Follow GDP guidelines and ensure full compliance in all activities.
Qualifications :
What You Will Bring to the Role
Univercity degree in Controlling Finance Office Management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales operations sales support or related roles.
Strong knowledge and understanding of data management and analytical tools (e.g. Excel PowerBI).
Understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
Ability to analyze complex data sets identify trends and extract actionable insights.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel PowerPoint and Word) and experience with CRM systems (desirable).
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in German and proficient in English.
