Job Summary
At Seven Senders and were on a mission to make international shipping and parcel claiming smooth smart and scalable. To fuel our next stage of growth were looking for a GTM Manager a hands-on systems thinker who will take full ownership of our sales and marketing automation stack.
In this role you wont just manage tools youll build and own our outbound engine end-to-end. From targeting and segmentation to campaign execution and continuous optimization you ensure we reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.
Youll work across systems like CRM outreach tools and data platforms to create clean scalable workflows eliminate inefficiencies and continuously improve performance. If you enjoy solving messy setups thinking in systems and delivering measurable impact from day one this role is for you.
The essence of your role
- Build and scale our AI outbound engine across two brands
- Own campaigns end-to-end (targeting list building sequencing optimization)
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads through the smart combination of AI and automation tools
- Ensure clean structured CRM data and reliable workflows
- Translating sales goals into automated software processes
Qualifications :
This is what you need to succeed
- 25 years of experience in Growth RevOps or Outbound
- Proven ownership of outbound campaigns end-to-end
- Strong understanding of ICP targeting and messaging
- Hands-on with CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g. Lemlist Apollo)
- Data-driven proactive and comfortable working with automation & AI
- Fluent in German and English

Flexible & Hybrid Work: Our office is in Berlin but in this role we offer a remote contract within Germany. And if you wish you can work from almost anywhere for up to 2 months per year.
