Life on the team
The Dispatcher will play a key role in sustaining and improving the delivery of our IT operations for one of Computacenters strategic customers. This is primarily an on-site role focusing on queue management ticket allocation communication and escalation hardware logistics and documentation/reporting. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant IT operations experience strong communication skills in English and Dutch and a customer-oriented mindset.
What Youll Do
- Monitor and allocate incoming incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
- Assign tickets to appropriate resolver groups or onsite engineers.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding ticket status and escalations.
- Coordinate hardware and accessory logistics.
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements.
- Provide guidance to team members and collaborate with client teams.
- Act as a point of contact for TME (VIP) users.
What Youll Need
- 1-2 years of experience in IT service coordination or dispatch roles.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (especially ServiceNow).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Team player with a proactive and analytical approach.
