• Confident in managing centre operations and guiding a team

• Skilled at building trust with families staff and stakeholders

• Passionate about high-quality early education

• Able to navigate regulations NQS and compliance with ease

• Calm organised and solutions-oriented

Requirements:

• ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education

• Prior experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Centre Director

• Working with Children Check (Employee) VIC requirement

• Current First Aid CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
