The opportunity

As our Director - SAP Program Managerin our SAP practice youll lead a team of technical experts and a successful delivery team. With a focus on consumer industrial or public sector clients you will play a lead role in delivering SAP services and be responsible for team development market engagement and thought leadership.

This role is based in Warrang Sydney Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

In depth professional experience in S/4HANA with demonstrated success in delivering either Greenfield or Brownfield implementations.
Experience in RISE Public and Private Cloud solutions.
Strong consulting experience and background including engaging directly with client executives pursuits and growing client relationships
Demonstrated ability and experience delivering integration between SAP and legacy systems.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to develop and grow SAP technical and functional professionals

What we look for

Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA with proven success in delivering Greenfield or Brownfield implementations.
Experience with RISE and SAP Cloud solutions (both Public and Private Cloud).
Strong consulting background including direct engagement with client executives managing pursuits and building client relationships.
Integration experience specifically delivering seamless integration between SAP and legacy systems.
Proven leadership capability with a track record of developing and growing SAP technical and functional teams.

Ideally youll also have the skills and attributes below but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes. Were interested in your aptitude attitude and willingness to learn.

Exposure to consumer industrial or public sector industries and their unique SAP requirements.
Thought leadership experience such as publishing insights or speaking at industry events.
Familiarity with market engagement strategies and driving SAP-related business development.
Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid environments beyond SAP solutions.
Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies (e.g. AI/ML integration advanced analytics within SAP ecosystem).

Salary:We offer a competitive salary which is open to negotiation pending on skills and experience.
