We have an exceptional opportunity for an Executive Director Regulatory Practice & Services to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment at the this role you will lead a high-performing diverse team and provide clear and strategic leadership ensuring initiatives and communications align with the organisations broader mission and voice.
You will lead the EPAs scientific and technical teams ensure effective regulatory strategy coordination and optimised delivery of the EPAs contemporary regulatory framework including statewide workforce and workflow coordination and response to citizen and regulated community requirements incident and emergency response to environmental and health events. This role offers a varied and exciting work experience that requires adaptability and strong leadership skills.
About you
To succeed in this role you will need proven executive-level experience leading complex environmental operations ideally within a regulatory or compliance setting with a strong track record of driving reform.
You will bring an understanding of applied science and an ability to integrate risk considerations to enable commercially viable solutions for the circular economy. You have experience or understanding of emergency management and effective public communication particularly in situations involving environmental and human health risks. Skilled in stakeholder engagement across government industry and community you provide expert guidance on complex regulatory compliance and incident response matters ensuring consistent and impactful outcomes.
