We are looking for a CSU Manager to lead our Customer Service Unit (CSU) within the Commercial Building Services (CBS) division in Hungary.
In this role you will drive strategic initiatives that improve the customer experience and deliver innovative customized solutions to meet ever higher markets demands. This role is pivotal in supporting CBS Strategy Deployment through engineering and digitalization developing products and systems that optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and implement the Grundfos Strategy within the CBS CSU Hungary team.
- Lead and inspire the team by fostering a transparent trust-based environment focused on results continuous improvement and learning.
- Build high-performing teams and develop key talent to ensure quality and productivity.
- Execute the CBS CSU Strategy Deployment Plan and related initiatives.
- Optimize organizational processes to support CBS business growth in collaboration with PD and CSSC.
- Develop CSU competencies in modular configuration digital platforms and hardware/software capabilities.
- Align technical needs with Sales and Marketing to address market competition and drive innovation for FPV and ETO solutions.
- Continuously improve processes and capabilities to enhance CSU performance metrics (e.g. SLA response time handling time complexity reduction lead time reduction).
- Oversee project sales management ensuring product solutions meet customer requirements and function effectively in practice.
Requirements
- 1015 years of relevant work experience preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing operational processes and strategic initiatives.
- Extensive experience leading large teams and developing leaders.
- Strong background in engineering digitalization and process optimization.
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively to change.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Skilled in presenting and communicating information clearly and persuasively.
