The Role
Teach English across KS3KS5 including Literature and Language pathways
Prepare resources and lesson materials to support analytical and creative learning
Mark coursework essays and assessments with detailed constructive feedback
Support enrichment such as debating writing competitions and theatre visits
Contribute to departmental planning curriculum development and CPD
Requirements
Excellent subject knowledge of English Literature and Language
Ability to inspire high-achieving learners in a grammar school environment
Commitment to rigorous standards of teaching assessment and behaviour
