The Role
Teach English across KS3KS4 using established curriculum plans
Use assessment frameworks to track progress and plan interventions
Mark written work with detailed feedback to support literacy development
Participate in ECT induction coaching cycles and department meetings
Support enrichment such as reading clubs theatre visits and writing competitions
Requirements
PGCE/ITT in English
Strong literacy skills and understanding of curriculum requirements
Enthusiastic reflective and committed to improving practice
