The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic English specialist to join a high-achieving department in Norfolk. Core Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality English Language and Literature lessons to pupils in KS3 and KS4.
Foster a culture of reading and debate through the schools various co-curricular literary clubs.
Use a wide range of pedagogical strategies to ensure all pupils including those with diverse learning needs achieve their potential.
ECT Induction & Support
Full ECF induction programme with a dedicated subject mentor.
A 10% reduced teaching timetable in Year 1 to facilitate professional development and peer observation.
Access to regional English networking groups and subject-specific workshops.
Requirements & Compensation
Essential: Must hold QTS and a relevant Honours degree in English.
Salary: Paid on the national Teachers Pay Scale (M/UPS).
