Job Summary
Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic English Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join an Ofsted Good secondary school in Essex known for its supportive leadership strong pastoral ethos and commitment to developing early career teachers.

Experience and Qualifications
English ECT (or trainee due to qualify) with strong subject knowledge
Passion for literature language and developing literacy skills
Ability to teach English across KS3KS4 (KS5 desirable)
QTS (or pending QTS) PGCE or equivalent recognised qualification
Commitment to professional development and reflective practice
Eligibility to work in the UK

Salary
MPS1 in line with the national pay scale.
