Every day over 8000 new users sign up to TryHackMe to start their cybersecurity journey. Your mission Help them hit their first aha! moments fast - and turn curiosity into long-term engagement.
Were looking for a Product Manager to help shape the next chapter of our B2B & Edu platform which powers cyber training for businesses schools and governments around the world.
Youll collaborate closely with Sales Customer Success Marketing and Account Management to identify customer pain points deliver impactful solutions and make TryHackMe an indispensable partner in their cyber training journey.
Youll own discovery delivery and measurement - balancing hands-on execution with clear communication and data-driven decision-making.
What youll do
- Own and evolve key parts of the B2B product roadmap from self-serve purchasing and onboarding to B2C2B motions.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship features that balance usability scalability and speed.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product opportunities.
- Shape pricing and packaging strategies to maximise conversion retention and expansion across different customer segments.
- Define and monitor product metrics across the B2B funnel (sign-up adoption renewal).
- Run experiments with B2C2B cohorts to test messaging upgrade triggers and purchase flows.
- Conduct discovery calls gather feedback and prioritise based on impact and reach.
- Improve how we onboard new business customers and ensure long-term retention.
- Communicate clearly across teams - keeping stakeholders aligned and decisions transparent.
What were looking for
- 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B software.
- Strong track record of collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Familiarity with B2C2B and PLG models.
- Data-driven and comfortable using tools like Amplitude.
- Excellent communicator - able to turn complex feedback into crisp product requirements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving remote-first environment.
- Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and getting things shipped.
Bonus points
- Experience in cybersecurity edtech or learning platforms.
- Technical curiosity or background in engineering or data.
