We are seeking a Service Desk / IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve supporting and maintaining end-user devices and network infrastructure at a client site. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting desktops laptops mobile devices printers/scanners network hardware (routers switches wireless access points firewalls) incident management through ITSM platforms and strong customer-service skills.

Duration: 6 months (contract)
Rate/Salary: Enter Pay Rate/Salary Range

Job Description:

  • Provide end-user devices support - desktops laptops mobile devices printers scanners.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot network devices including routers switches wireless access points and firewalls.

  • Handle incidents via an ITSM platform and drive issues to resolution.

  • Perform support tasks on a 24 7 shift basis (rotational shifts).

  • Walk around the airport terminal site to inspect devices and report issues - mobility required.

  • Carry install and configure hardware (laptops desktops cables) as needed.

  • Create and maintain documentation manuals related to device setup troubleshooting and support procedures.
