Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
The OTC functional consultant is responsible for designing implementing and supporting SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions that streamline the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process. This role ensures smooth integration of sales delivery billing and payment processes within SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities
SAP SD Configuration: Implement and configure SAP SD module to support OTC processes (sales order delivery billing invoicing).
Business Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements; perform gap analysis and translate into SAP solutions.
Process Design: Design and optimize OTC workflows including inquiry quotation order management shipping and billing.
Pricing & Conditions: Configure pricing procedures condition types access sequences and discounts.
Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI MM LE) for seamless integration.
Documentation: Prepare functional specifications test scripts and training materials.
Testing & UAT: Conduct unit integration and user acceptance testing.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support and resolve SAP SD-related issues.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA and OTC best practices; recommend enhancements.
