Job Summary

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Latham NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in Information Technology supporting complex software systems and enterprise applications including requirements development business process mapping fit-gap analysis and functional solution design to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Skilled in eliciting documenting and validating high-quality functional and technical requirements using project-specific methodologies such as user stories use cases functional specifications and business design documentation.
Proficient in developing executing and reviewing detailed test plans and test cases to confirm that delivered solutions fully align with documented requirements and quality standards.
Strong background in defect management - logging analyzing reproducing and troubleshooting issues across both testing and production environments.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with business stakeholders IT teams program leadership and executive management through written documentation and status reporting.
Hands-on experience contributing to IT initiatives utilizing established project management practices including scope timeline risk and resource coordination.
Project experience supporting state or federal government programs adhering to public sector standards policies and compliance requirements.
Active contributor to organizational change management including supporting UAT sessions coordinating and delivering user training and providing post-deployment support to drive successful adoption.
Holds a Masters Degree.
