The Spectrum Office is responsible for the support and maintenance of three administrative software applications PeopleSoft Financials ONEUSG Connect and Panther Mart (SciQuest e-procurement system).
The Financials System better known as Spectrum Plus consists of the General Ledger Commitment Control Accounts Payables Asset Management and Purchasing modules. ONEUSG Connect is comprised of HR management time and attendance and benefits administration. Panther Mart consists of Higher Markets and Total Supplier Management.
TheSpectrum Officeat Georgia State University is seeking to hire aBusiness Analystto provide analysis development and support for Financial and HR Applications of the University using PeopleSoft Oracle and SciQuest/ systems are web-based. These applications are used to enhance the Universitys business processes provide summarized and detailed data that is easily accessible through inquiries queries and reports and maintain a reliable and secure database.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
This technical position develops programs and reports for financial and HR systems to support data-informed decision coding data collection and analysis on requests for the systems supported by the Spectrum Office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
