Job Summary

Role Description:

  • Experience in End user Devices Support (Desktops Laptops Mobile Devices Printers Scanners)
  • Possesses a good knowledge of network devices like routers switches Wireless Access points and firewalls
  • Experience in handling Incidents through an ITSM platform and actioning it.
  • Able to work in 24 x 7 shifts on a rotational basis
  • Strong analytical and deductive skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact across multiple disciplines
  • Mobility to walk around the Airport terminal (only 1 Site) inspecting devices and report issues.
  • Experience in Creating and maintaining documentation manuals required for the job
  • Ability to carry equipment like Laptops Desktops Cables and install at a place of requirement
