Job Description:

The UI/UX Analyst is responsible for establishing the overall application look and feel as well as designing communicating and executing all user interface screens for each business requirement. The UI/UX Analyst directs the overall user experience for interacting with the delivered product. This role works closely with the Business Analyst and Technical Lead in the delivery of solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements.

Required Skills:

Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma Sketch or equivalent) - 2 years
Experience with design systems and reusable components - 2-3 years
Experience leading user workshops and facilitating sessions - 2 years
Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices (ADA) - 1 years
UI/UX experience - 3-5 years
