Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Head based in Mumbai. The Account Head will oversee financial operations including monitoring and analyzing financial statements ensuring strategic decision-making and driving the team to achieve financial goals. Daily responsibilities include:
Overseeing account management and financial workflows
Developing financial strategies aligned with business objectives
Managing client relationships and providing financial guidance
Steering and mentoring team members toward operational excellence
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory
Minimum 5 years of core accounting experience post-CA qualification
Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and guide decision-making
Expertise in financial statements finance and overall financial management
Proven experience in account management sales strategy and client relationship management
Proficiency in team management and ability to motivate and lead effectively
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting or related field
Experience with ERP systems and financial software is a plus

Up to 20 LPA (depending on experience)
