Job Overview
The Branch Head will be responsible for managing end-to-end branch operations including service delivery business development statutory compliance financial performance and team leadership. The role requires strong operational and people management skills to ensure client satisfaction and branch profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee deployment and management of security personnel across client sites
- Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations billing collections and client coordination
- Implement and monitor company SOPs and operational processes
- Drive business development client retention and revenue growth
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance (PF ESIC Contract Labour Act etc.)
- Monitor branch budgets expenses and contract profitability
- Lead motivate and develop operations and business teams
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- 68 years of experience in security services including branch operations
- Strong leadership client-handling and multi-site management skills
- Sound knowledge of statutory compliances (PF ESIC CLRA etc.)
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
