Overview

We are seeking Business Analysts for future opportunities across various departments. As a Business Analyst you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will gather requirements analyze processes and recommend improvements ensuring solutions align with business goals.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with high-level executives or leaders to understand the companys needs and priorities
Collect business data and perform analysis to discover areas for improvement
Evaluate business processes or conduct other research such as surveys to identify potential issues
Give presentations to senior managers or executives to explain their analysis and make recommendations
Produce written reports detailing their data analysis
Provide guidance or training as needed to help companies implement their recommended changes
Gather data to evaluate the impact of those changes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business finance economics marketing or operations management or related field
Proficiency in tools like Excel SQL and data visualization software (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
Ability to create clear and concise documentation reports and business requirements.
Familiarity with modeling techniques and tools like BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum).
Ability to analyze complex problems identify patterns and develop effective solutions
