The Retail Account Manager will be responsible for the retail management function defining and managing the sales of products in this position the successful candidate will be in charge of the Profit & Loss of HP product lines driving results by direct and indirect influence on pricing programs salesforce (direct and indirect) distribution/sales strategy and marketing campaigns in order to meet or exceed targets on revenue profit channel inventory market share and partner satisfaction. The main objective will be to increase HPs brand perception of the Hungarian consumer market.

As Retail Account Manager you will:

  • Manage several key retail accounts in Hungary.
  • Be the trusted advisor maintaining and developing strong and long-lasting relationships to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Perform regular visits to retailers to ensure market knowledge is current.
  • Define plan and secure premium presence with each retail account.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations of progress measures and forecasts.
  • Support demand planning to ensure stock availability.
  • Create collaborative joint marketing plans.
  • Manage accounting claims with the relevant teams.
  • Travel: 60% of the time meeting with Partners in Hungary.
  • Consistently achieve/overachieve targets/KPIs.
  • Develops account plans with a partner to grow HPs share of the business.

Join us if you have:

  • 2-3 years of experience working with IT/ retail environment.
  • Overall 3-5 years of selling experience at an end-user account or partner level.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree.
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian.
  • Solid experience in selling to retail partners in a complex environment.
  • Solid experience in the IT industry.
  • Business planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills in senior management internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.
  • Leadership skills and cross-functional expertise (sales supply chain marketing operations)
