Job Summary
Are you an organised proactive and digitally savvy marketer looking to take the next step in your career Colliers is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of Commercial Properties. The position may be based in Geelong or Ballarat depending on the successful candidate.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager youll play a key role in coordinating end-to-end campaigns managing suppliers supporting digital channels and ensuring the seamless rollout of marketing activities. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy balancing creativity with structure this role is for you.
What youll be doing
- Drive campaign execution coordinate marketing plans materials scheduling and delivery across multiple commercial property campaigns
- Boost brand presence plan post and monitor social media content plus report weekly on performance
- Create engaging content support copywriting for listings ads EDMs and digital campaigns
- Run weekly email marketing coordinate EDMs and track key metrics
- Support creative production assist with marketing assets and basic design tasks
- Keep the engine running manage tasks in workflow systems maintain records and support project events
