The team
Our Retail Distribution Team is known for its technical expertise and personal service. The product side of this business area is 8 strong with a breadth of experience and forms part of a larger business function consisting of strategy and addition youll collaborate with other teams such as marketing and operations and a big part of this role is working closely with our Head of Quoted Companies.
What youll be doing
- Product strategy & execution define and deliver the product strategy for the quoted companies addition youll set and review sales and outflow targets
- Messaging & Communication Ensure consistent commercially effective messaging across all channels signing off on marketing strategy and collateral Including regulatory outputs
- Governance & Oversight Lead product governance including annual reviews changes in procedures and consumer duty packs
- Cross-Functional Leadership Act as escalation point for complex cross functional challenges ensuring were driving operational change and overseeing key supplier relationships
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role youll need:
Strong commercial acumen
Proactive detail-orientated approach with curiosity and problem-solving ability
Strong background in financial services with exposure to product or commercial
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally
Confidence in interpreting technical information and simplifying it for the audience
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in financial modelling
Experience in venture capital investment management or financial products
Knowledge of the quoted companies and AIM market
