Job Summary

Were looking for a Senior Compliance Specialist to join our Risk & Compliance team. Reporting to the Head of Compliance this role is central to strengthening Montus compliance framework and embedding a culture of integrity and accountability across the business.
What youll do
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business on compliance obligations and risks.
- Represent the compliance function in governance committees projects and initiatives.
- Develop implement and continuously improve compliance frameworks policies and training.
- Identify assess and mitigate compliance risks across the organisation.
- Monitor regulatory changes and support the business in assessing impact.
- Lead and support internal compliance investigations reporting and monitoring programs.
- Partner with regulators and stakeholders to ensure transparency and trust.
Qualifications :
What were looking for
- 7 years in senior compliance roles within large or highly regulated organisations.
- Experience developing and implementing compliance programs across multiple domains.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation standards and regulatory expectations.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and communicate with clarity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in legal risk compliance or a related discipline.
