Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to support our clients and ensure they receive maximum value from our products and services. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships provide ongoing support and help drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
Guide customers through onboarding training and product adoption.
Address client issues promptly and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
