What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Process incoming service requests and categorize them by urgency and department

  • Provide professional replies to customers and confirm next steps clearly and confidently

  • Validate details such as names email addresses account information and case history

  • Maintain trackers task lists and case notes with consistent formatting and accuracy

  • Ensure no requests are missed by tracking open items and following up consistently

  • Support workflow execution by coordinating internal task assignments and confirmations

  • Organize digital documentation and maintain audit-ready records

  • Assist with administrative duties such as formatting reports updating logs and scheduling follow-ups

  • Identify recurring customer issues and report patterns to improve internal service quality

Requirements

  • Strong written English and customer communication ability

  • Experience using spreadsheets email management systems and tracking tools

  • High attention to detail and strong accountability

  • Independent work habits and reliable availability

  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle repetitive tasks professionally
