Provide professional replies to customers and confirm next steps clearly and confidently
Validate details such as names email addresses account information and case history
Maintain trackers task lists and case notes with consistent formatting and accuracy
Ensure no requests are missed by tracking open items and following up consistently
Support workflow execution by coordinating internal task assignments and confirmations
Organize digital documentation and maintain audit-ready records
Assist with administrative duties such as formatting reports updating logs and scheduling follow-ups
Identify recurring customer issues and report patterns to improve internal service quality
Requirements
Strong written English and customer communication ability
Experience using spreadsheets email management systems and tracking tools
